As every drum we make is built to order, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your drum, we would replace it straight away and organise the return of the original for inspection. If there is a manufacturing error you would not be charged for the replacement. All of our drums undergo strict quality control measures to ensure they are fit for purpose. We cannot accept liability for drums ordered that are not fit for the intended application or have been damaged during installation.
5.1 Return Policy: We can only offer returns whereby the roller has been manufactured incorrectly or it has manufacturing defects which deem it unusable. Rollers with scratches or minor defects caused through shipping will not be accepted for return.
