With over 25 years building conveyors and associated rollers / drums and having manufactured some 3000 drums to date, we are thrilled to launch this website to expand our customer base nationwide.

  • We have a dedicated drum manufacturing facility, with turning capacity of up to 1200mm diameters x 4m long.
  • We have a modern machine shop boasting 12no. lathes, 3no. mills and horizontal borer for the larger jobs.

  • We stock shaft up to 160mm diameters and pipe up to 457mm diameters.

  • We also stock shaft clamping elements up to 160mm diameter and using our state of the art fibre laser we can cut discs, fins, slats, etc from stock plate to manufacture any drum with the quickest lead times possible.

We strive for diversity across the globe

  • For emergency breakdowns we can usually make a drum from scratch within a few hours and send it out overnight on an AM delivery to anywhere in the UK. Our standard delivery times would be 3-4 days from order, with the option for an expedited service if required.

  • For rubber coated drums we offer either welded on pad plates in emergencies or fully vulcanised roller covering using our trusted local drum covering facility. Rubber coated drums are 65 shore hardness, black rubber, 12mm thick and diamond cut / crowned as standard.

  • We can’t list every single drum we make online. If there’s anything you can’t order through the site rest assured we can make it and can provide a quick quotation upon receipt of a sketch or drawing being received.
