Every roller we make is made to specific customer requirements. We make many other products and different types of rollers not yet listed online. If you are looking for something not available through our online roller configurator please send over a drawing and we can quickly quote it for you.

Roller Copy / Repair

We receive hundreds of rollers a year that can be repaired at a cheaper cost than replacement.

If your production allows time then we can organise collection, repair and delivery of your roller within a few days, even to have as a spare its worthwhile.

BULK ORDERS

Account holders are given discounts – the more orders placed the higher the discount.

Bulk orders of the same roller will always get discounts due to manufacturing setup and carriage charges being diluted across more rollers

Our core business is the manufacture of factory processing equipment, mainly for the food, recycling, renewables and quarrying industries. dedicated drum manufacturing facility

Our conveyor drum manufacturing department boasts several rotators and positioners, coupled with the latest synergic welding equipment from Fronius and our own in-house custom built tube cutting and welding machine capable of producing precision square cut tubes and robot quality welding.

Bespoke Orders

We have a modern machine shop boasting 12no. lathes, 3no. mills and horizontal borer for the larger jobs.

Quick Turnaround

For emergency breakdowns we can usually make a drum from scratch within a few hours and send it out overnight on an AM delivery to anywhere in the UK.
